2.7L miss fire

I have a 2005 with the 2.7L and manual trans with 240K miles. It has started having a miss fire/stumble/bucking. It is always within the first 5-10min of driving after it has been sitting 6+hrs, only under load at lower rpms. NO check engine light! Coolant level has not dropped any. I did remove coils/plugs 1&2 just to compare and they “looked” ok and were the same color/condition. Not sure where to start beside throwing parts at it.
