HELP – 2001 Tacoma shake/rumble

My girlfriends 2001 Tacoma recently developed a shake/rumble at idle and acceleration. This occurred shortly AFTER I ran a can of Seafoam through the fuel system. Attached is a VIDEO I took of the exhaust where you can hear it clear up and then begin shaking again. Could it be an injector? no check engine light, and it doesn’t feel like a full-on misfire. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
