New brakes making loud squeal / singing at low speed, light pressure (DBA 4000 T3)

2020 TRD Off Road DCSB, fronts only. Truck sits at 5500 lbs with me in it.

Stock brakes had 37K on them and were working fine, but I wanted something that would hold up better in wet, muddy, off road conditions.

Round 1: DBA 4000 T3 rotors + DBA XP pads

Two problems with this combo.

Pedal was inconsistent and non linear. Almost no perceivable difference between about 3% and ~15% pedal pressure.

Very loud squeal under light pressure at low speed. Showed up most when the brakes…
