Choosing the right oil for transmission and differential

I have a 1997 dlx Tacoma with the r150f. I’m changing the trans oil and transfer case oil. Is red line mt-90 75w90 gl-4 oil good for both or does the transfer case need a gl-5 75w90

same with the front a rear differential are the a 75w90 gl-4 or gl-5
