What torque wrench do you use for the screws securing the coils to the Engine?

I’m dipping my toe into maintenance with changing the spark plugs on my 2009 2.7 L Tacoma. I can’t seem to find a torque wrench that goes as low as the torque suggestion of 80 Inch pounds
