old guy, new member

Recently retired school teacher. Moving to small cabin in Maine from Florida. Found a 2022 access cab 4×4 3.5 40k miles. clean carfax, good enough price. Question/Concern: is the seeming inevitability of a timing chain cover leak and/or a plastic pipe coolant leak reason enough to look elsewhere? Are all of you still happy with your purchase? Lesser concern, transmission hunting and getting a tune to alleviate it. Appreciate any and all advice.
