Anyone else hate their job?
I’m 33 years in (at the same place) and I hate mine. My actual job is fine, it’s everything else sucks. Back in the day it used to pay good, but everyone has passed us by over the years. We’ve always had trouble keeping people, but since covid no one will work. It’s skeleton crews day after day. So I get to do my job and two others. It’s like getting a good kick in the nuts every morning. They take advantage of the few good workers they have and let the rest do nothing. Morale is terrible. I…
