Tacoma i-FORCE MAX mpg.?
I had a 2024 Tacoma TRD Sport Double Cab that I bought certified with 9,700 miles and put another 45,000 on. It consistently got 20–21 mpg combined.
I traded for a 2026 Tacoma Trailhunter with the i-FORCE MAX hybrid about a month ago. It now has roughly 2,000 miles on it. So far, the fuel economy has been disappointing. It started around 17 mpg combined and has only climbed to about 18.5–19.5 mpg.
