I have a 2017Tacoma with an Alucab that has an awning, interior lighhts, 2 table setups, and pull out drawers. Would it make more sense to sell with the truck or to take all that off and sell it separately?

Is it possible to get the truck to roll in N with engine off? I can get into N, (push button to accessory, foot on brake, shift) but when lifting the brake pedal it will not roll
