If the truck needed 2 new tires are they normally installed on the front?

Hello everyone

I just bought a 2023 Tacoma off road from a Toyota dealer. 43000miles.
It came with two new front tires. Rears are original.
Question: If the truck needed 2 new tires are they normally installed on the front?
How and when should they be rotated?
Im also wondering if I have a full size spare that I should include in the rotation?
