Is this 95 Tacoma worth doing body and paint work on? (frame and body pics)

1995 Tacoma Regular Cab 4×2 2.4l 188k miles.

Bought like 5 years ago I put 40k miles on it kept up with maintenance and the last couple years it has been sitting as a backup vehicle. I am trying to gauge whether it is worth doing body work based on the condition of the frame (I live in Michigan).

I looked into outer rocker panels and it seems I can only get them from Toyota $211.86 each side.
