Tailgate Hitting Rear Bumper When Lowered

I’m not sure if the cables are tired and worn or if my rear bumper is slightly bent up (which it appears to be after smacking the hitch on an exit from a ravine in AZ.

Idk if there’s a solution or not. I’ll attach a few photos for reference.

Anyone else ever have this problem? If so, what’d you do to resolve it?
