Weird idle issues

My 95 2.7 L 3RZ Tacoma has weird first start up issues whenever it’s cold, it starts right up but dies out on the first start up, and then after the second time it stays alive but it’s almost like I can’t use the accelerator without it wanting to die out. Also when it idles it goes into a higher idle sometimes and then it almost seems like it’s misfiring but not? Please help.
