What’s with the 3rd gen Tacoma V6 needing spark plug replacement at 60k?

Just wondering, my 2020 babe Tacoma who is named Rosalita has just about 60 k on her now. Toyota recommends plug replacement at this time on the V6 which is her powerplant Has anyone followed through with this or had issues from not following through? I’ve been shopping for plugs online and the packages all include ignition coils so I am like what the? Any other recommendations for servicing at 60 k is appreciated. Thank you in advance folks.
