Anyone running a home Level 2 charger on a 240V garage circuit in an older house?

I have a 2021 Tacoma that stays my daily, but we just picked up a used EV for my wife’s commute, and I’m trying to sort out home charging before the weather turns. The garage only has one 240V circuit that was originally put in for a welder, and the panel is a 100-amp service from the 90s, so I’m not confident there’s enough headroom for a hardwired station.
