Georgia Traverse – Oct 21 – Oct 24
I’m planning a run of the Traverse next month. I’m going to run it during the week to avoid the weekend crowds.
I plan to camp at Cherry Hill Recreation Area on SC-107 near Walhalla, SC, Tuesday night. This should be a good place for everyone to meet up before we hit the trail.
The plan is to not rush through, stopping for pictures and to enjoy the scenery. I’d like to hit the trail by 9:00 AM and hit camp at 4:00 PM.
