Inspired by my friend Crom’s thread about Death Valley https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/death-valley-off-road-adventures.60777/ I’ve decided to start a specific thread about the Owens Valley and HWY 395. The Death Valley thread is a wealth of information in itself.
My relationship with Owens Valley began in 1999 during a backpacking trip from Onion Valley to Kearsarge Pass. I fell in love with the area and since then have done many trips. No one photo can encapsulate the area….
